Welcome to The Mouat Company, Inc.

The Mouat Company, Inc. has been in business since 1924, originally serving the foundry industry as an equipment representative. By the early seventies, driven by customer demand for innovative system installations, Mouat evolved into a full service design-build construction firm and for more than 40 years has been delivering turn-key industrial facilities to some of the world’s most sophisticated customers in the foundry, frac sand and mineral processing industries.

Our technical knowledge, experience and capabilities are essential in designing facilities that operate efficiently, reduce capital and minimize labor. From concept development to start-up, we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. As a privately held company, our strategy is to develop long-term, multi-project relationships with our customers by setting industry standards in facility design and performance.

The Mouat Company performs engineering in-house, except electrical design, with a staff of mechanical, structural, environmental, metallurgical and chemical engineers. Along with this internal expertise, the company’s technological edge grants it a strong advantage over its competitors. Through the use of 3-D design software, Mouat has made it easier than ever for their clients to envision their projects and collaborate with Mouat’s engineers throughout the process.

We recognize that the best compliment a customer can give us is repeat business. We take pride in the extensive list of customers that have selected Mouat to design and build multiple facilities for them over the past 40 years. Our successful history of completed projects is our greatest advertisement and most important legacy.
