Greenfield foundry to produce ductile truck engine component castings.
SCOPE OF PROJECT
Install new tight flask molding system, new green sand system, new melting system, new casting handling and cleaning system, new environmental system, new building, and new infrastructure facilities.
 MOUAT RESPONSIBILITIES
Design plant layout.
Design, provide and install sand system, including electrical controls.

Molding:
Heinrich Wagner Sinto tight flask molding system.
Sand Processing:
Mouat system, including Simpson mullers and sand cooler.
Casting Processing:
General Kinematics vibratory shakeout and casting handling conveyors, Wheelabrator shot blast machine.
Coremaking:
Laempe and Hayes Lemmerz core machines.
