Install two new molding systems, new green sand system, new melting system, new casting handling and cleaning system, new environmental systems, new building, and new infrastructure facilities.

MOUAT RESPONSIBILITIES

Design plant layout.

Turnkey project to supply and install above-described scope, except supply of molding machines and core machine.  Scope included all civil and site    preparation work.

MAJOR EQUIPMENT LISTING

Molding:
Loramendi VMM5070E molding machines (two).

Sand Processing: 
Mouat system, including Simpson muller and sand cooler, and electrical controls. 

Melting:
Inductotherm melting and pouring furnaces.

Casting Processing: 
Didion media drums, General Kinematics conveyors,  Wheelabrator shot blast machines.

Coremaking: 
Loramendi core machine.
