SCOPE OF PROJECT
New melting furnaces.
New systems to produce steel shells and pour molten iron into the shells to form braking surfaces.
New systems to process the composite products through finishing.
MOUAT RESPONSIBILITIES
Design plant layout.
Install melting furnaces, pouring furnace, centrifugal casting carousel.
Provide and install composite drum cooling system.

Hot Metal Processing:
Two Inductotherm 4.4 ton melting furnaces, Inductotherm bottom pour furnace, Centrifugal Casting Machine Company carousel.
Casting Cooling:
Webb Stiles continuous tray conveyor.
Casting Processing:
