CLIENT OBJECTIVE
New no-bake mold line to double production of large boiler castings.
SCOPE OF PROJECT
Relocate certain items of existing no-bake equipment; add new mold handling equipment, shakeout, sand reclaim system and environmental system.
 MOUAT RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, provide, and install new mold handling system, shakeout system, sand reclaim system, environmental system, and automated controls.

Molding:
International Molding Machine rollover draw and mold closing machines, CE Cast mixer, Mathews powered roller conveyors.
Sand Processing:
General Kinematics shakeout, vibra-mill and vibratory conveyors; JDB Dense Flow sand transporter.
