A fully integrated engineering contractor

Mouat: Design/Build
Contractors: Construction Image"Fully Integrated Engineering Contractor."  What exactly does that mean?  It means we have successfully integrated these two disciplines into one cohesive process.  We actively use our construction experience to improve our engineering and, conversely, use our engineering and management competencies to improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of our construction efforts.

While many design firms have strengths in civil, structural, piping, and/or electrical design, Mouat has a working knowledge of many foundry and mineral processes, plus the ability to provide complete controls integration, and environmental systems.  We work closely with our customer to design the best system, prove that design with financial analysis, and build it to strict budget and schedule requirements.

Mouat: Design/Build
Contractors: Construction Site ImageBy concentrating on total system installations, we can achieve a higher degree of coordination between subsystems and components.  And this coordination extends far beyond construction and start-up.  Production planning, operating and production data, maintenance records and planning, and SPC reporting are all readily integrated into Mouat's computer-based control systems.  The result?  An integrated facility whose operations are marked by high process performance, reliability, and consistent profitability - for the long haul.
